For licensed therapists
Paid ESA evaluations, on your own hours.
30-minute video evaluations with clients in your state. You set the hours, and we bring the clients and handle booking, payment and delivery.
Apply in 2 minutes
Who we are
We connect clients with independent licensed therapists.
People who live with an emotional support animal come to ESA Card for their animal's ID card. When a client also needs an evaluation, we book them a video call with a therapist licensed in their state.
We never provide evaluations ourselves. We handle the booking, the payment and the letter delivery around your work, and every clinical decision stays yours.

On the other side of the call: someone whose dog or cat gets them through the day.
How it works
From application to your first client, in 4 steps.
Bookings arrive only inside the hours you give us, and only from clients in a state where you're licensed.
- 1
Apply
Tell us your license, your state and the hours you'd like to offer. It takes 2 minutes.
- 2
License check
We check your license on your state board's public lookup, and you sign our plain-English agreement.
- 3
Set your hours
Join our booking calendar, connect your own calendar so we never double-book you, and choose your hours.
- 4
Run the call
A client books and pays. You get the invite, hold the video call and decide. If it fits, you write the letter.
What we handle
You run the call. We handle everything around it.
Your time goes to the client, not to marketing, billing or admin.

Clients
We bring them
They come to us first, so you do no marketing.
Booking
Inside your hours
Clients book only the times you offer, in a state where you're licensed.
Payment
Taken before the call
The client pays when they book. You never send a bill.
Delivery
Letters sent for you
When you write a letter, we get it to the client.
Who qualifies
A full, independent license in the client's state.

Questions therapists ask us
The short answers.
How does pay work?
You're paid for every completed call, whether or not you write a letter. The details come with our reply to your application.
Is this employment or contract work?
Contract work. You set your hours, keep your own practice and can work with anyone else. There is no minimum and no exclusivity.
Do you provide malpractice cover?
No. Whether you carry your own professional liability cover is your decision.
Who sees my clinical notes?
Only you. Your notes are yours, kept the way your license requires, and we never ask to see them. We only need "eligible" or "not eligible", and the letter when you write one.
Who decides whether a client qualifies?
You do, every time. We never promise a client a letter, never pay for one, and set no targets for how many clients you find eligible.
