Does ESA Pet charge extra for more paperwork?

Its pricing page names a supplemental documentation fee for extra documents after a first order, without printing the amount, so ask before you order.

That depends on what you need. ESA Pet sells a letter written by a licensed therapist after a telehealth consultation, from $139. ESA Card makes your pet's wallet ID card and certificate for $39. They are different things, and many owners carry both. What each place accepts varies, so check with the place you have in mind.
