Consumer Health Data Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
How we handle the health information you give us when you book an evaluation. Registration itself asks no health questions; this policy covers only the evaluations we book with independent therapists.
What we collect
Your name, contact details and state; the answers you give when you book, which can describe your health and why you would like an emotional support animal; your booking and payment; whether your therapist found you eligible; and the letter, when we deliver it.
Why we collect it
Only to book your evaluation, give your answers to your therapist, take payment, deliver your letter and help you.
Who sees it
Your therapist, and the companies that run our booking, payment and email systems for us under contract. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can ask to see it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@esacard.com. We answer within 30 days. Withdrawing consent cancels a booking that has not happened yet.
Your therapist's notes
Your therapist's notes belong to your therapist. Ask them directly for a copy.
