Somebody has found Your pet

“Your pet is safe with me at the corner shop. Come whenever you can.”

Their message comes to your inbox. They never see your email address.

What a finder sees

When someone finds your pet, this opens on their phone.

They scan the QR code on the back of the tag with their phone’s camera. No app, no account, nothing to type. Your pet’s page opens, and you hear about it straight away.

  • A button that messages you

No app and no account for them, and they never see your email address. Their message comes straight to your inbox.

  • Your number, if you want it there

Add it and a Call button appears. Leave it off and the message button still reaches you.

  • A place to bring your pet back to

Home, your vet, a neighbor: you pick, and it shows on a map with directions. Or leave it off.

  • Notes that matter

Medication, allergies, nervous around other animals: whatever a finder should know.

You stay in charge of it.

Your surname and your email are never on the page. No address is shown unless you add one, and you can change anything, any time, without touching the tag.

Questions

What people ask before they order.

Does the person who finds your pet need an app?

No. They point their phone’s camera at the QR code, the way they would at a menu, and your pet’s page opens.

Do I need an app?

No. Your receipt email has a link to your pet’s page. Open it on your phone or computer to change anything, any time.

What does the finder see?

Your pet’s name, a button that messages you, and whatever else you choose to add: your phone number, a place to bring your pet back to, and notes like allergies or medication.

Is my phone number public?

Only if you add it. Your surname and email are never on the page, and the message button reaches you either way.

How will I know your pet was found?

We email you the moment the tag is scanned, with the town it happened in. If the finder sends a message, it lands in your inbox too.

What if I move or change my number?

Change it on your pet’s page. The tag and its QR code stay the same.

Does it need charging?

No. There is no battery. It’s a printed metal tag, one inch across, with a clip.

How long does it take to arrive?

Each tag is made to order and takes about a week. Postage is included. We ship in the United States.

Can each of my pets have one?

Yes. Each tag has its own QR code and its own page.

What if it arrives damaged?

Reply to your receipt and we’ll put it right.
